The 'digital employees' framing is useful but misses something. Employees have context about what you care about, learned from working with you. The agent needs that context built in - explicitly, not assumed. What changed for me: treating it less like a tool and more like a new hire who needs onboarding. Wrote detailed skill files, logged past failures, gave it context about my audience. Result: 2 months in, creates products, generates revenue.
